1. Introduction
Rarity Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Streaks," "we," "us," or "our"), provides Streaks, a mobile application for opening trading-card packs, receiving and managing real collectible cards, selling cards back to us, and requesting physical shipment of cards (the "App").
This policy describes the information we collect when you use the App, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to information we collect in the App, on our website at streaks-app.com, and in communications we send in connection with them. It does not apply to information collected by third parties that operate their own services, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
By downloading, registering with, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update this policy from time to time (see Section 11).
2. Age Requirement
The App is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not use the App or provide any information to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us information, contact us at support@streaks-app.com.
3. Information We Collect
A. Information you provide to us
- Account information. You sign in using phone-number or email authentication. We collect your phone number and/or email address, and you may choose a username, a profile photo, and a display location label.
- Identity verification (KYC) information. Before you can withdraw cash or request a shipment, we are required to verify your identity. Through our identity-verification provider, we collect your legal name, date of birth, residential address, Social Security number or taxpayer identification number, and a government-issued identification document. This information is collected and stored by our verification provider; we retain only your verification status and a provider reference.
- Payment information. When you make a purchase, you pay through Apple Pay. The encrypted payment token and your billing contact details are transmitted directly to our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number, card expiration, or related card data.
- Payout information. To withdraw funds, you provide a payout destination — a bank account (collected and stored by our verification provider), a PayPal email address, or a Venmo handle.
- Shipping information. When you request shipment of a card, you provide a recipient name, email address, phone number (optional), a U.S. mailing address, and any delivery notes.
- Communications. If you contact support, we collect the information you choose to provide.
B. Information collected automatically
- Activity and inventory data. We collect data about your use of the App, including packs opened, cards pulled, the fair market value of cards at the time of a pull, and the status and history of items in your inventory (held, sold, shipped, or expired).
- Device and log data. We collect technical information such as device and connection details, IP address, and request logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App.
- Location data. The App uses your device location to confirm that you are in a jurisdiction where the App is available. If you block location access, some features may be unavailable.
- Diagnostic data. We use an error-monitoring service to capture crash and error reports. We configure it to strip sensitive request data (such as cookies, authorization headers, and request bodies) before it is sent.
C. Public profile information
Your username, profile photo, display location label, and aggregate activity statistics (such as total packs opened and number of cards in your inventory) may be visible to other users. Information that is publicly visible should be treated as available to the public; we cannot control how others use it.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the App — open packs, assign and value cards, process buybacks, hold inventory, and fulfill shipments.
- Process deposits, purchases, and withdrawals, and maintain your wallet balances.
- Verify your identity and eligibility, and confirm you are in an authorized jurisdiction.
- Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, and other prohibited activity.
- Provide customer support and send you account, transaction, and service notices.
- Comply with our legal, tax, financial, and regulatory obligations.
- Maintain, secure, and improve the App.
- With your consent, send you marketing communications and deliver or measure advertising.
5. How We Share Your Information
We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information, and information you make public, without restriction. We also share personal information as follows:
Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services for us and who are contractually limited to using it only to provide those services. These include payment and payout processors, identity-verification providers, account-authentication providers, shipping and fulfillment providers, hosting and data-storage providers, error-monitoring and diagnostics providers, and card-catalog and market-pricing data providers.
Marketing partners. Unless you opt out, we share limited information with advertising partners to reach users with similar interests and to deliver our advertising. The partner we currently share with is:

We may disclose information to comply with law, a court order, or a legal or governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Use; to execute your transactions; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Streaks, our users, or others, including for fraud prevention.
Business transfers. We may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to limits and exceptions under applicable law (including required retention for tax, financial, anti-fraud, and security purposes), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information.
- Port your information to another service.
- Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for advertising, and opt out of any sale of your personal information.
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@streaks-app.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. You can also control location access through your device settings, and stop all collection by deleting your account and removing the App.
Retention. Information associated with financial transactions, identity verification, and fraud prevention — such as your name, date of birth, contact details, identification documents, tax identifiers, and transaction history — is retained for at least seven years from your last transaction or your deletion request, whichever is later, and may be retained where you have been banned for security reasons.
7. Data Security
We use measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive transactions, and we rely on specialized providers to vault highly sensitive data such as identification numbers and bank-account details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
8. SMS / Text Messaging
Collection and consent. We collect your mobile phone number when you provide it. If you check the SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages from Streaks at that number. SMS consent is separate from email consent and is specific to Streaks as the sender.
Types of messages. After opting in, you may receive (a) account and transactional messages, such as withdrawal and payment status, order confirmations, and shipping updates, and (b) promotional messages, such as new-product announcements and offers. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the App.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
No sharing. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf, and only to deliver those messages.
Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of promotional messages; you may still receive transactional messages unless you close your account. Reply HELP or contact support@streaks-app.com for assistance.
Eligibility. SMS messages are intended for users 18 years of age or older.
9. Targeted Advertising and "Do Not Sell or Share"
We do not currently sell personal information. We share limited information for advertising as described in Section 5. To opt out of this sharing, contact us at support@streaks-app.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Network Advertising Initiative at thenai.org/opt-out.
10. State and Regional Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states (such as California) and other regions may have additional rights regarding their personal information. To exercise any applicable right, contact us at support@streaks-app.com, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy and revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the changes.
